2. Warranty services

     2.1 Return and replacement services

     2.1.1 Return and replacement period

  • Within 3 days or 72 hours from the date/time of delivery, if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product, you can choose to return/replace the goods at one time based on the invoice price.
  • Only Replacement or Repair- 6 months or 180 days from the date of delivery or invoice data (whichever is earlier), if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product, you can choose to return/replace the goods at one time based on the invoice price.

      2.1.2 Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Purchase bill/invoice is mandatory- Customer has to show original purchase bill to Laptop Techy to claim warranty services.
  • Laptop Techy may take up to 14 working days after the receiving laptop in its store sent by customer to issue replacement or repair the received laptop and ship back to customer.
  • In case of replacement where Laptop Techy does not have same model laptop in its stock inventory which has issue then Laptop Techy can provide replacement of similar price range models.
  • Customer has full responsibility to deliver the laptop which is having issue to Laptop Techy’s store by either courier or visiting by self. All courier charges to be borne by customer who is seeking replacement.
  • Laptop Techy has all rights to reject any warranty return and/or replacement claim at its own discretion.
  • Laptop Techy has all rights to change or modify its warranty policy at anytime at its own discretion without notifying customers.
