03 days Return/Refund Only and Replacement as per Warranty T&C

  • In case of replacement or return of the product by the customer back to the seller the courier charges to be borne by the customer. Laptop Techy is not liable to arrange the pickup service for its product from the customer.
  • In case of replacement or return of the product, customer has to ship the product through the nearest available courier service. In case if customer is in remote area where courier service is not available in that case it is customer’s responsibility to bring product back to the seller either by visiting Laptop Techy store or by courier.

–> We have a 03 day return policy, which means customer have 03 days or 72 hours after receiving our product to request a refund. Refund can only be initiated in case of manufacturing defect and something that is not working in product, Laptop Techy has full rights to approve or reject the return claim.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • No Refund after 03 Days or 72 hours of product receiving.
  • No Refund or Replacement if product is dead or physically damaged.
  • Refund can also be initiated if customer has not received the product and paid the product price during order placement from courier company and product is auto returned to us. However, returned courier charges will be deducted from refund amount.
  • In case if order is cancelled after shipment of the product then shipping and returned shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.

Refunds Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@laptoptechy.com.
